2. Relationship to iBrains.ai

EcomViper is powered by iBrains.ai, an AI application platform operated by Cloudalien Technologies LLC. Public product pages and public product intelligence may appear on EcomViper.com. Merchant uploads, merchant dashboards, product management tools, and other private platform features are handled through app.ibrains.ai or other approved iBrains platform areas. Your use of app.ibrains.ai, merchant tools, or other non-public iBrains services may be subject to additional terms, agreements, subscriptions, usage limits, or platform rules.

3. What EcomViper Provides

EcomViper may publish product pages, product summaries, marketplace links, ingredient information, benefit explanations, FAQs, comparisons, shipping context, product facts, trust signals, claim review notes, and other product-related content.

EcomViper content may be based on merchant-submitted product information, public product information, product feeds, marketplace data, uploaded files or supporting materials submitted through approved iBrains tools, internal EcomViper and iBrains intelligence systems, and AI-assisted processing, structuring, enrichment, and review workflows.

EcomViper is designed to support product discovery and understanding. We do not guarantee that all product information will be complete, current, accurate, available, or error-free.

Merchants remain responsible for their own claims, labels, advertising, product compliance, marketplace compliance, and legal obligations.

7. AI-Assisted Content

EcomViper uses artificial intelligence, automation, structured data processing, and internal intelligence systems to help generate, organize, enrich, and publish product intelligence. AI-assisted content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or interpretations that require review. You agree not to treat AI-assisted content as a guarantee, certification, endorsement, professional advice, or final authority on any product.

8. Third-Party Websites, Marketplaces, and Checkout Links

EcomViper may link to third-party websites, merchant stores, marketplaces, checkout pages, affiliate links, or external product pages. These third-party websites are not operated or controlled by EcomViper. We are not responsible for their products, prices, availability, policies, shipping, returns, refunds, checkout experience, security, privacy practices, claims, customer service, or content.

When you click an external link or make a purchase from a third-party website, your transaction is with that third party, not with EcomViper, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Merchant-submitted product names, brand names, logos, images, trademarks, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners.

EcomViper, iBrains, and related names, logos, product names, page structures, and branding may be trademarks or service marks of Cloudalien Technologies LLC or its affiliates. Third-party trademarks, product names, brand names, logos, marketplace names, and company names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on EcomViper does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

14. Product Page Corrections and Takedown Requests

If you believe a product page contains inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, infringing, misleading, or unauthorized information, contact [email protected] for general corrections or [email protected] for legal, intellectual property, privacy, or claim-related issues. Include the product page URL, a description of the issue, your relationship to the product or content, and supporting documentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloudalien Technologies LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, and error-free operation.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloudalien Technologies LLC, EcomViper, iBrains, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of EcomViper.com. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to EcomViper.com will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid directly to EcomViper for the specific service giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cloudalien Technologies LLC, EcomViper, iBrains, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use or misuse of EcomViper.com, violation of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, information/content/claims/product data/materials you submit or authorize, or your products, services, advertising, labeling, claims, or marketplace activity if you are a merchant.

19. Changes to EcomViper

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or remove any part of EcomViper.com at any time, with or without notice. We may also update, remove, reorganize, or republish product pages, content, links, structured data, or AI-readable information at any time.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of EcomViper.com after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or EcomViper.com will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
