What EcomViper is

EcomViper is a directory of products sold by independent brands. We publish information about those products; we do not sell them.

Buying

When you buy a product you contract with the brand, which is the seller and merchant of record. Payment, delivery, returns, refunds and warranties are between you and the brand, under the brand's terms. We may receive a fee from brands for sales made through EcomViper.

Product information

We show where each fact comes from and check listings before they go live, but brands supply most of the information and products change. Always read the label before use. Nothing on EcomViper is medical advice.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Using the site

• Automated reading of listings, feeds and llms.txt is welcome at a reasonable rate.
• Do not try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or misrepresent a listing.

Content

Site design and text written by us belong to Cloudalien Technologies LLC. Brand names, product names and images belong to their owners.

No warranty and limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for products sold by brands. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Florida law governs these terms.
